The fees for regular participants cover symposium proceedings and the participation in all symposium sessions, symposium materials, coffee breaks, luncheons, and welcome kit.
At least one author of each accepted paper must pay a full or student registration fee by March 27th for that paper to appear in the proceedings. If the author has more than one paper, full or student registration fee has to be paid for each paper, but if the paper is to be presented by the same author, the author can register the additional paper at a reduced fee.
Second author registration can be selected only if a full or student registration has been paid by another author for the corresponding paper. The student rate applies to full-time students only. Student participants are requested to enclose a declaration of their status signed by their institution.
The social event will include a reception on the first day, the symposium dinner and a cruise on a private yacht. An additional fee during registration is required to participate in the dinner cruise. If you only plan to attend and are not submitting a paper, pre-registration is still strongly encouraged.
